Suhel Siddiqui, CEO

Mr. Siddiqui has a background in engineering and business management.  He has over 20 years experience in the ambulatory surgery center business including all aspects ranging from analysis, design, construction, staffing, HR, billing, contracting, syndication and management.  Mr. Siddiqui has built hundreds of surgery centers for some of the nation's largest ASC companies.  He has a passion for Remede Surgical Management's proprietary billing and management protocols for ASCs that has continually  lead to tremendous success for our centers.   Under the direction of Mr. Siddiqui our experienced management team is able to tackle all aspects of surgery center operations from inception through full operational status seamlessly and efficiently.    Mr. Siddiqui has a passion for operations and is able to ensure that our centers meet and exceed the most stringent regulatory measures by integrating such requirements into each center's policy & procedures protocols.

Jeffrey B. Glaser, M.D., CMO

Dr. Glaser is a dual board-certified anesthesiologist specializing in interventional pain management.  He has been a passionate and influential figure in the out patient surgery center business for over 20 years.  Dr. Glaser works with physician partners and potential investors to help them understand the value of a surgery center partnership.  His goal is to ensure that our surgery centers exceed the highest credentialing and quality standards.  Patient and physician satisfaction is paramount for a surgery center to be successful. Dr. Glaser also acts a liaison between the physicians, clinical staff and insurance companies.   Operationally, Dr. Glaser works closely with staff and physicians to ensure cost effective utilization of OR block time, equipment and resources.  Successful surgery centers depend on models of efficiency that are thoughtful and incorporate the mission of providing the highest quality and most outstanding care.
